Source: by sorbitol esterification with fatty acids derived from or sorbitol liquid heating dehydration, generated sorbitol anhydride, and then heating esterification with fatty acid derived.
Traits: white to yellow-brown liquid, powder, flakes, granules or waxy block.

Active ingredients: from fatty acids (R) with the polyol Sorbitan derivatives, which comprises a variety of esters. Including sorbitol ester (Ⅰ), 1,4 - Sorbitan fatty acid ester (Ⅱ) and fatty acid ester Dianhydride isosorbide (Ⅲ), a small amount of the Second Sorbitan fatty acid ester and three Sorbitan fatty acid ester. Common fatty acids are lauric acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid.
Function: emulsifier, stabilizer, so that fat emulsification, dispersion, to improve the stability of fat.
Use: This product is superior to other emulsifier emulsifying power, but the flavor difference, it generally combined with other emulsifiers.
